Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange
- New, unused appliances in original packaging
- Decorative storage items with tags attached
- Cleaning tools and equipment in resalable condition
- Cabinets and countertops that haven’t been installed or modified
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and service offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Installation services for dishwashers, garbage disposals, and microwaves
- Repair services once work has been completed
- Custom-cut countertops and custom-sized cabinets
- Opened cleaning chemicals and consumable products
- Personal care items such as hand soaps and sanitizers
- Items missing original packaging or showing signs of use
Timeframe: You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request.
Condition: Items must be in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved. Do not ship items without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package Your Items
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information
Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after return approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process to your PayPal account
Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement item sent to you.
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding select Asian regions and remote areas), international returns follow the same process. However, please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
- Return processing may take additional time due to international shipping
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage in your email.
